PadelHip Returns & Refunds
1. Checking Your Order

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can resolve it.
2. Return Timeframe

Standard: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

EU Orders: You can return items within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed.
3. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
4. How to Make a Return

You are responsible for shipping costs and any risk during return.
5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return the original product.

Once processed, place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing may take extra time.
