PadelHip Returns & Refunds

1. Checking Your Order

  • Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can resolve it.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Standard: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • EU Orders: You can return items within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

4. How to Make a Return

  • Start by emailing support@padelhip.com

  • You are responsible for shipping costs and any risk during return.

5. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, first return the original product.

  • Once processed, place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing may take extra time.
